Everyone was friendly and very organized. Appts were right on time. The Doctor explained everything and did not rush. Great experience.

We were only told that we needed a referral before 2 days of the appointment, for my daughter. Anyway, I requested her pediatric doctors office for an appointment, asked for an emergency referral. They did send out the referral ro Dr. Manlio's office, but they did a mistake by sending that to other Dr. Manlio's office. When I was there, I was on the phone with my daughters pediatrics office for like more than 45 minutes, trying to get them send the referral to the right office. They said they did send it over the phone. The lady at the front mentioned, fax didn't come through even after like 10-15 minutes. And was told, they can only wait for 15 minutes passed my appointment time. My experience was so frustrating and inconvenient. They should have told us to have a referral when I initially made an appointment, not 2 days before the appointment. And, when I was trying to get the referral, they should know, I'm trying to get the referral, ASAP and be more co-operative. Not coming back here. Not recommending here to anyone.

So I’ve been trying to make an appointment for two weeks after my PCP sent them a referral. I see in other reviews that I am not alone in getting through on phone. It just usually rings and rings. Day before yesterday someone did answer and ask me to hold. After 10 minutes I hung up. Today I was able to leave a voicemail so I’m crossing my fingers. I will keep trying a few more days because the doctor’s reviews are great. I hope he’s worth the wait!! I’ll update.

first visit was just a consultation but it couldnt have gone more perfect! dr manlio got straight to the point and filled me in on all the information I needed to help improve my acne scars and recommended a bunch of options that are fit for me financial wise

New patient, everyone at the practice were very nice. Short wait and was taken care of quickly once inside.
