Brevard Medical Dermatology

I transferred from another dermatology practice recently, because (1) you could see only a PA instead of the doctor unless more complicated surgery (other than biopsy, small cancer removal) was needed. (2) Recently the old practice sported a political sign I vehemently disagreed with in front of the building. Very unprofessional. Turns out the new practice has only PAs for diagnosis and less complicated surgery, just like the old one. BUT, the PA I saw (Morgan) was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, so I feel like I'm in good hands. Prior to seeing her, an assistant questioned me thoroughly about my medical condition. I have no complaints. Additionally, all staff were very pleasant and respectful.

I've been going here for almost 20 years. I never have to wait long. Staff is awesome. Christine found my first melanoma and took care of it rapidly. Also drive an hour and half to get there. Thank you for caring.

After receiving wonderful care there for over 35 years, I'll never return again. I pointed out a suspected cancer on my leg and was told by a P.A. it was nothing. A year later with an actual doctor, she confirmed skin cancer on the same spot and the treatment required at least 4 appointments and Co-pays for each appointment. Every appointment was rescheduled several times and always no choices at all about dates or times I was available. It's so sad to see such a great place become so undependable both in health care and scheduling.

The two girls that call people, and who greet you when you come in and leave are extremely unprofessional. As I say in the waiting room listening to them mock patients, hope people don't answer when they're calling them back, nicknaming patients as "itchy" or whatever. Just incredibly rude talking about people meanwhile we are sitting the waiting room hearing this. They need to be replaced, very immature and came off like I was in high school. I wouldn't have made a negative review if it wasn't for that. How embarrassing to worry these little girls are in the office making fun of you? Shameful

There's not a better place in the state of Florida for care and knowledge Doctors, ARPN,Staff. I recommend my mother to go if that's an indication of how good they are.
