I require a dermatological examination of a lesion on my leg. The office was impeccably clean, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. My wait time was minimal. The nurse (name unrecalled) was exceptional. The physician's assistant who examined the lesion was courteous but lacked empathy. As this was my first biopsy, a more compassionate approach would have been appreciated. While the care was adequate, I would request a different dermatologist for any future appointments. I give my visit a 3.5 star review.

I was very impressed with the friendly staff and no wait time. Dr Vargas is very professional and thorough. He answered my questions and I left feeling very satisfied with my experience there.

I was the patient in this clinic and I thought the woman that helped me, her name was Rhonda and she was a P.A. Interacting with her was really great and you could tell she cared about her job. My dermatologist Dr. Mowery was very professional and to the point which is very my style. Overall a great experience and I look forward to coming back in a month!

Front desk assistants were friendly and helpful (Savannah, 10/10!!), appointment paperwork was easy to complete, appointment started on time, tech assistant was very polite, and Dr. Bean was also 10/10 thorough and took the time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. My only constructive criticism for working with self pay patients would be to more explicitly share exam costs up front, but it is possible that I may have missed reading it posted somewhere. Price just wasn't verbally discussed until paying time, which I also understand I should've asked ahead of time. Overall, I will be honest and share I was initially hesitant to go here after seeing some really rough reviews of the practice, but those must be about other provider(s) or people having bad days because I was pleasantly surprised and am very glad I booked with this office!
