All staff were very courteous .The note pad to fill out your questionnaire was different and made it easy rather than having to use a pen upgrade was absolutely fantastic and Dr. Martin’s assistant was extremely generous and polite with such a great attitude. Loved her ! The doctor is very knowledgeable and polite. Dr. Martin prescribed an ointment that took effect immediately in which alleviated the swelling on both outer- eyes . Thank you for providing alleviation to the matter.

Everyone is caring and knowledgeable and was concerned for my comfort. Dr Zaiac is wonderful. Very gentle and explains everything before he does it. I’d highly recommend this office.

Places like GMSL are just so rare. You really never find doctors offices that 1. Let you book online making it super easy 2. Actually answer their phone when you call them. 3. Don’t make you wait 3 hours before your appointment. 4. Are just generally good at what they do. I feel like I will never leave them and that the only medical category in my life I can say that about. So wonderful.

Katy Serrano was amazing .. she would be the reason I would return.. but the doctor I saw was horrible .. I do question if I really do want to return . Horrible attitude actually questioned my diagnosis history but the Serrano lady was so amazing and helpful and wonderful she made my visit bearable.. really thinking if I am to return… I can’t even remember her name but I wish doctors would check themselves and be kinder … and hear and listen not just feel they are all there because they are doctors .. Ms Serrano thank you!!! Amazing work hope they take care four you

What a wonderful office and even better doctor! The doctor is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Melanie, the doctor’s assistant, was beyond caring and helpful, even holding my hand when she noticed I was nervous during my procedure.
