Martin Zaiac MD

Today I had a surgery performed at Skin and Laser Center. Though I read about this type of surgery, I was nervous and as well afraid of the end result. I want to commend Dr., Zaiac and his staff for making it a very good experience under the circumstances. From the reception on to the rest of the process they made me feel at ease and confident. This office needs training on how to deal with different types of insurance. I will say thank YOU for calling me the day before the appointment to tell the authorization was expired when it clearly wasn't. I called the plan and asked to provide training to this office.

I had the pleasure of getting scheduled here when first moving to Miami. The staff is fantastic from top to bottom and I feel that the attention to detail and care you receive here is second to none. I went to see Dr. Zaiac and his staff for some fillers. I will start off by saying that the office is very beautiful, and the view in room 2 was everything it made me feel very serene. My nurse made me feel so comfortable because I was nervous and didn't want to feel pain. The office went over and beyond to make me feel like I was in the right place. Dr. Zaiac was very knowledgeable and made me look as natural as possible. I absolutely recommend. I have decided to switch over on the medical side as well seeing how knowledgeable the whole staff is.
