She kept me updated on every appointment to stay on track with my treatments. After six months, the results were exactly what I wanted, so I signed up for another six months. Lorena’s attention to detail during my laser sessions improved my results even further. I would love to say thank you!!! I have an allergy to razors and I had come into the clinic after being told they do laser. I can say that since day one Lorena has made me feel welcomed every single time I went. She called me and guided me through the whole process and answered all my questions seeing as I was nervous and had no idea what to do. Greeting me by my name or nice references. She made sure to keep me updated for every single appointment so I would keep my treatment up to date. After 6 months the service was so amazing and my results were exactly what I needed so I signed up for another 6 months! I then began my laser and she was so attentive to every single follicle that my results were even better this time. I would recommend this place hands down and eyes closed to anyone looking for any service where they are not just a check or a name on a paper, but treated with respect and love and greeted with a hug and smile when they enter. Is is more than a pleasure for me write this review about A&E Plastic Surgery. I have a procedure of Breast Augmentation and I have not enough words to express how peaceful I felt with all the staff Rosa, Barbara, Betsy the RNs, specialy the Medical Team Dr. Gerth and Dr. Jorge, before, during and after my procedure. They have a great quality of care in their duties and performance, in their attention in their humanity to also understand and make their patients happy always in the safer way.
