The moment I walked in, I noticed the pristine condition of the facility, I knew I was in good hands. Epic medical spa has an ambience of tranquility with exceptional customer service. Yeneisy really took her time to explain the options and never made me feel rushed. There is no pressure to purchase additional treatments, although I’m already thinking about scheduling my next treatment. I am excited to find a place that offers many different types of procedures.

She is professional, timely , organized and very knowledgeable in her business. Explains in detail what she is going to do, what to expect and results. My expectations and results have been great. Amazing place!
