After going to two other clinics for extensive treatment for acne scarring, I decided it was time to see a plastic surgeon. I researched multiple plastic surgeons, and Dr. Agarwal was the one who stood out to me the most based on the positive feedback I have received from others who had received treatment from him, along with being extremely impressed with the results in his before and after photos. That’s when I knew I had to make a consult with him. During my consult, Dr. Agarwal was informative, transparent, and professional on the treatment plan I should take to get the most optimal results. When I received treatment from him (so far, scar revisions and CO2 fully ablative in conjunction with erbium), I was truly mesmerized. The results were impeccable and made such a significant difference. In the two treatments I received from him, he outshined all of my previous treatments. From here on out, he is the only one I’ll allow to touch my face and go to for cosmetic treatment, especially with him being meticulous in his work! I want to give an honorable mention to Alexis and Donna, as they were an absolute pleasure to converse with and amazing with assisting me! I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal and his team to anyone who’s looking to inquire about cosmetic treatment, especially if you want someone who pays attention to detail and who is precise. Dr Agarwal and the staff at Aesthetic Surgery Center were professional, kind, helpful, warm and understanding. They all made me feel safe and confident in Dr Agarwal’s ability to help me achieve my goals for my face. Since I was a child I have struggled with criticism of my nose and deep inset eyes. I have carried painful memories of negative comments and mean gestures about my face and nose with me for decades. At the age of 53 I finally found the strength inside of myself to do something about fixing these issues. When it takes a person this long to make such an important decision, it is paramount that the team to assist be prepared and focused on getting the job done efficiently and correctly. From the first consultation, to the detailed instructions about preparation for surgery and wound care post-surgery, the staff was extremely well-organized and informative. I was given all of the tools to be ready for the day of surgery and for the post-surgery self-care tasks and supplies to assist in optimal and efficient healing. The day of surgery was a breeze. Every nurse, anesthesiologist and assistant, as well as Dr Agarwal himself made me feel safe, calm, prepared and confident in their ability to help me. As a patient this excellent care is what made the whole experience bearable. Obviously no one is excited about having his or her face, head, eyes, inner nose cut. I went in a broken and sad person and came out a newly fulfilled and whole person. I am no longer ashamed of my face. I am enjoying the journey of healing. This experience is healing the outside but also so much of who I am on the inside. After only a week, my stitches are out, splint and bandages have been removed, bruising is subsiding, redness is diminishing and I have instant gratification of a new look that I love. Yes there is a bit of pressure and swelling, but there was no terrible pain that Tylenol couldn’t handle. My nose looks fantastic, my eyes and eyebrows and forehead look fantastic. This should only get better over time as the swelling and numbness fade away. I will be forever grateful for the meticulous skill of Dr Agarwal. He is truly a miracle worker, an artist, a caring Doctor and a genuine person with a kind soul. I highly recommend him to anyone. Naples is blessed to have him here to offer his expertise. Additionally every other member of the team is also amazing and so appreciated.
