Dr Will Ross with great care performed facial corrective surgery after my Mose procedure, and the result was flawless! He fit me into his schedule immediately after the procedure, and his follow up was also very helpful. The affected area has healed completely and looks like nothing took place. Dr Ross also operated on a younger family member who had a facial injury and his comforting approach to the initial consultation put the parents at ease. The surgery went extremely well, and the result has been complete restoration and healing of the injured area. Well done Dr Ross!

From the moment I walked into Dr. Ross's office, I was met with the utmost professionalism from all of his staff. The office has a very calming and elegant feel, which for me, sets the tone for my experience. Upon being escorted into Dr. Ross's meeting room, one of his nurses diligently went over my medical history and all concerns and questions I had. Once Dr. Ross arrived; he meticulously went over what I should expect with my procedures the day of surgery, results and recovery. I have never had any cosmetic procedures done on my face before, so I was extremely anxious about even the thought of this surgery, prior to meeting Dr. Ross. However, once our consultation was finished, I immediately knew I found one of the very best Plastic Surgeons out there. The day of my surgery, I was greeted with his calming and reassuring staff that prepped me for surgery. Dr. Ross came into see me one last time before heading into the Operating Room, and my mind was at complete ease, I trusted him implicitly. Upon wakening from my procedure, there was no discomfort or pain. The recovery was exactly on par for what Dr. Ross had described. The results.....absolutely AMAZING!!!! Dr. Ross took 10 years off my appearance!! Dr. Ross is hands down one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, truly brilliant. I'm very fortunate that I found him, as I don't believe I could have ever trusted another Plastic Surgeon enough to work on my face. Thank you, Dr. Ross and Team, all of you have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish!! I highly recommend Dr. Ross for any cosmetic procedure you are looking to do. We were referred to Dr.Ross at Blue Ocean Plastic Surgery by a major academic healthcare system in northeast Florida for my Wife's complex breast surgery. As a retired MD I was impressed that Dr. Ross immediately took us on as a patient and carefully explained the entire process moving forward.
