Riverchase Dermatology - Downtown Naples

Dr. Dy and the team at Riverchase are top notch! There is a great vibe that was noticeable to me the first time that I went. I love that. And, I see it every time. You know they are connected, which is positive for the patients. Dr. Dy is so thorough and friendly. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been going to this practice for routine dermatology issues for almost 10 years and we have always had excellent service as well as the ability to get to see a doctor when we needed to. They have a great system for changing and updating your appointments and they have never let a left us hanging. All the doctors and assistance that we have seen have been warm and very professional and efficient!

Prescription directed by Dr Cohen; sent to wrong pharmacy. Tomorrow will be Day 3 that I have not had a response to this error, after multiple calls with messages left; personal contact promised that I would receive a call back. - none received..... What happened to customer service ?? Seemed like their office was very well staffed at the time of my visit...

This is such a nice office for many reasons…it’s well maintained, everyone on staff is very kind, and Dr. Dy is excellent. She is quick but thorough and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I went for an annual skin check and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Good to go until next year…

Doctor Dy is, by far, the best dermatologist I've ever encountered. Caring. Professional. Competent. And Mayo Clinic of Rochester, MN trained. Doesn't get any better in my opinion.
