I left my examination with Dr. Jaclyn Smith feeling confident I was in good hands. The Dr. conducted an intensive review of my skin for potential cancers and a broad spectrum of other possible conditions. She gave me a detailed description of what she was looking for, and what she found, as she proceeded. At the end she summarized her findings and explained how she made her prognosis (no necessary treatment) and optional cosmetic treatments for the modest concerns I had. Dr. Smith is a keeper.

I am impressed with Dr. Smith’s level of knowledge, professionalism, expertise and communication during my appointments. She never makes me feel rushed and thoroughly explains the results of my appointments. I feel very confident in recommending her to my friends and family!

I’m sure I had a little spring in my step when walking into the Woodruff office, but this is the way you act knowing you have someone “extremely” qualified providing care. It’s like showing up for flag football and finding out Tom Brady‘s on your team. The ladies checking people in were friendly and efficient. They also provided sufficient empathy for the first-time paperwork process and local luncheon recommendations. Walking into the procedure room was a religious experience in itself. The lighting was incredible. Felt like traversing into the afterlife. Dr. Lambert quickly talked me into a scrape and cauterization rather than excision with stitches. I was thrilled and out of there in no time. I was immensely pleased with the entire experience. The only blemish was when Dr. Lambert showed me the chest photo of the lesion prior biopsy. My first reaction was, “Wow, and I think of myself as skinny.”

For my Mohs procedure yesterday, I was impressed by how calm, efficient and professional the staff performed everything. I arrived very early but was still taken back for surgery in less than 5 minutes. Since only 1 cut was needed, I was finished and out the door in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Lambert and her staff.

Dr. Smith and her associates are top notch. Very polite, professional, and a joy to work with. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and has a great disposition, very easy to work with. She doesn't treat it unless it needs treatment.
