Don’t waste your time here. Called and scheduled same day appointment around 11:30 for 2:50. They called me at 2:45 and said they couldn’t see me and had a scheduling error. Sounded to me they didn’t want to work late on a Friday. She said she was made aware at 1 that it was double booked but was too busy to call me and let me know. Looks like I have an infection before I leave for vacation and now I can’t be helped even though they assured me that I’d be seen today. Blamed it on an out of country call center. Now I can’t be seen at all. Had I known earlier I would have spent all day calling other places to be seen. Terrible customer service

Decent service. Doc seemed pretty knowledgeable and easy to get in. The assistant wasn’t so great with a needle for numbing however. They were able to conclude most likely skin allergy reaction. I did some research and mango tree has urushiol (think poison ivy, oak, sumac) and I trimmed my mango tree the weekend prior so good chance that was the cause.

I was informed of the procedure. I even got in before my appointment time, unusual for a medical staff. The staff was very friendly and they worked very quickly with no pain. I would highly recommend using their facility.

My daughter visited a month ago for acne treatment and was prescribed Accutane, which required blood work and a one-month follow-up. We received multiple reminders confirming the next appointment. I even called earlier the day of the appointment to ask if she needs to be fasting they answered no. After driving 40 minutes to the clinic, the front desk informed us that my daughter would not be seen because the doctor wasn’t available and they no longer accepted our insurance—despite accepting it during the first visit. This was incredibly frustrating and a waste of our time. If they no longer accepted our insurance, they should have told us upfront. Additionally, they should not have confirmed the appointment just a few hours earlier if no doctor was available

I was impressed with the courtesy and compassionate spirit everyone shown in such a difficult environment.
