Dr. Sullivan is amazing. His bedside manner and care for his patients is outstanding. I am also a health care professional and I know how challenging it can be to manage multiple patients and concerns. He took the time to explain current guidelines and took my personal concerns into consideration. He and his medical assistant eased my fears during a procedure. The secretary up front was also amazing. She really goes above and beyond to help the patients book their appointments and is so sweet. I have to say I finally found a great dermatologist and have referred him to friends and family. Thank you Dr. Sullivan and staff for your kindness and caring demeanor.

Seriously the most amazing doctor and experience! After a small hiccup the doctor personally called me to apologize for the inconvenience. That just shows how much he cares about his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and made my kids feel at ease. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient for many years of Krysten Cullen and decided to share my experience in case there are people like me who actually read honest reviews prior to seeking care and making an educated decision. The front desk staff is always warm and inviting and will even open the office extra early for easy check in. If your appointment is at 8am, you are seen at 8am! In all the years I've been coming here, I have never had to wait. The staff makes sure you feel very comfortable, while being extremely thorough in finding out the reason(s) for your visit. Krysten Cullen, PA-C, is an incredible PA. She is friendly and knowledgeable and takes her time addressing any concerns you may have. Whether medical or cosmetic, there is never a feeling of being rushed here. The office is immaculate and they really do care about their patients which speaks volumes.

I had an issue with my hand I wanted to have looked at and since a family member had already visited this dermatologist and had a great experience, I decided to book an appointment. The waiting room is very tidy and very modern and up to date. The male receptionist was very pleasant and was very speedy with the copay and getting me a tablet, which you use to fill out for the doctor & Dr assistant to view during the appointment. Kristyn the PA-C (physicians assistant), was very friendly and informative. Any issues or questions I had were answered fully and I felt I walked away with a good insight and some preventives that will help me post visit. If you are looking for a respectful dermatologist who are also caring and inviting, I highly suggest Sullivan Dermatology. Ps- they kindly give some samples of hand creams at the end of your visit.
