Midstate Skin Institute - Deerwood office

I had a fairly large (to me) basal cell carcinoma removed from my back at the Deerwood office. Service was absolutely FIRST RATE in every way. This is a very well run practice. You couldn't ask for better care

Have been a patient for years. Staff is very friendly. Never have to wait very long. Always addresses any issues that I’ve ever had with concerns. Just a very pleasant experience. Will always continue my care with Midstate. Thank you for a job well done 😊

My initial thoughts during my first visit was the presentation of the environment and staff was inviting. Socializing and Acknowledging patients went beyond the norm of " check into the kiosk and someone will call you". Myself and others engaged in dialogue. 5 stars for creating such a positive welcoming. Also, I observed staff reassuring a patient that there love one is doing fine. Being triaged and meeting the doctor was short and effective. Eye to eye contact, responded to each story that led up to my skin concerns. Identified underlining issue and created a solution. For my skin and causes. This skin Institute definitely did NOT FEEL LIKE MARKETING niche to sell skin products. They got my 5 stars.

Excellent staff from check-in to check-out. They are very efficient, knowledgeable and on schedule. We have been patients at Midstate for several years and highly recommend them!
