Good luck trying to call the office as everything is routed to an automated system or a call center.... I arrived at my appointment 5 or so mins late and was told to checkin on a paper. I was also told prior to arriving I had a 15min grace period so felt good. After sitting for 10 or so mins im told i cant be seen as the grace period is from the time the staff member checks me in. I explained that i did get before then and then the rule is changed on the fly by them and am told as im a new patient its not 15mins but was never told about this before. There were like 4 staff Members in reception so it felt like they purposely waited for the grace period to end to boot me out. What's worse is i also spent like 20mins before arriving calling to let them know only to get automated call center run arounds. Even the call center cant get ahold of these reception staff members and was told they would send them an email... Would highly recommend people seek care elsewhere for a more personal experience then this fastfood dermatology office.

Very happy with their customer service and their team. First encounter I had booked incorrectly and they kindly informed me and rebooked me as soon as possible for the procedure. Second encounter was an easy in and out. The doctor was very friendly and informative on what was going on and how to take care of it. (Joking around and balancing when to focus and be serious at the same time is a talent!) Came back to remove my stitches and was unfortunately running behind. I expected to have to reschedule due to theme policy, but they were still willing to take me in and complete my appointment while being kind and understanding, I left again grateful and happy for the consistent customer service here. I highly recommend!

My experience with the nurses and doctors has been great. My review is for the front staff answering the phones. They immediately put you on hold without even letting you speak. I was calling back for a biopsy result after I missed the original call. I was put on hold without even being able to speak. I waited for 20 minutes and hung up and called back. The same thing happened...I tried several times, each time immediately placed on hold after the call was picked up. When I was finally taken off hold I was told the Drs are at lunch and someone would call me back. I spent over 45 minutes on hold between calls and all that could have been avoided if the staff answered the call and let me briefly say why I was calling instead of immediately placing me on hold. I did receive an apology from the staff that finally took me off of hold. There has got to be a better way to answer calls.

I hope this review can help many of parents that try to help their kids acne issue, I would not recommend this office at all, neither work with doctor Patrick to treat your kids, very unprofessional the way he speaks toward minors, and this is a waste of time and $$, I have been visiting this office 3 times and treatment was not helping at all my daughter and he blamed that my daughter was picking her face (and the scar she had on her face was caused by acne's stickers to cover them) and that was the reason the treatment was not working when after 4 months she should not have any acne at all. He also recommended her a psychologist to treat her with picking her face, what???? just insane, after that he was talking with her like she was an adult female, talking about pregnancy, pregnant test, etc. I feel that he got mad due I was telling him that treatment was not working and clearly was NOT working since her second visit. Finally, he wanted us walk away with not treatment and we'll need to schedule another visit in the next weeks. Good luck if you ever consider this office.

This review is not aimed at the doctors, but the front desk staff needs improvement. They failed to schedule my appointment correctly. I arrived on time, only to be told I wouldn’t be seen. They left me a message just 20 minutes before my appointment, which I couldn’t check in time. Their excuse was that I’m a new patient. They should be more respectful of other people’s time.
