DO NOT GO. I went for a spot on my back since my father had one on his at my age. I had not been for a while and there was no one else in the waiting room so I said why not just do a full body look. I had been to two other dermatologist over the years and understood how they work. This PA did not bring her bedside manner. She looked over and seemed as if she had a plane to catch. When I was in the process of mentioning a small skin tag that while scratching an itch I caught it and made it red and it was slightly sore earlier that morning she decided to biopsy it. It was a normal clear skin tag that I have plenty of and the redness and soreness was from me scratching an itch not it. I had another spot on my back that felt like a mole, could not see it so she asked did I want it frozen off, I said if it needs it, instant went for it. I had another type of something that the other dermatologist told me they scratch off easily, when I was going to show here she froze that too and it did not need it. She kept asking do you want this one off or that and I said if it needs it. Long story short I get a bill for much more than I was expecting for services I did not need. That was two weeks ago. I just got another bill from the actual Doctor that was not even in the office. I rate her skill in her profession on a scale of 1-10 1 being not good 10 being the best as a 2. Find a place that give quality care not the primary interest of taking what they can from the insurance company and the rest out of their patient while not providing necessary care.

Rather racist place. I am talking about Dr. Candace Glenn and her assistant Laurel. They don't want to be bothered with non white skin. Canceled an appointment after I asked them for an estimate of the cost of procedure and once they found out they were treating non white skin. These people are a dime a dozen. Unethical. Go elsewhere where they are knowledgeable and you feel good about the interaction

This practice canceled my surgery with only one days notice. I had carefully coordinated two surgeries days apart with this office because I would be out of work during recovery. Now I am forced to be out of work at least another week over their scheduling choice.

Extremely racist! I met with Dr. Ovalle and his nurse Maria, not only did they take MONTHS before submitting to insurance, but they didn’t include the pictures!!! Then LIED to say insurance rejected my claim because it’s not covered as if I couldn’t call my insurance company and get the correct information that it was due to their stupidity. Extremely discriminatory and refuses to answer my calls. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have been waiting for the receptionist to call me back with my procedure appointment, never answered my phone calls . Very unprofessional, at the time I tried to scheduled it in person, she said she doesn’t even have time to eat lunch and there were only 2 patients in the lobby waiting, including myself. These people just took my money for the appointment and now I have to look for another place. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Worst place ever!
