Dr Manlio is a good Dr. never had a problem with him. However some of his staff need better training and need to learn follow up skills and customer service. You have lost me as a patient. It should NOT take a patient to have to wait 4 months to get help with a prescription. Still yo this day NOTHING. Went to another derm and was able to get things in order within 2 weeks. When you are in pain you need someone to be be your advocate. I did not get this from this office. Serious training needed.

A great first experience! The office was clean. Went in to check some spots for a peace of mind. Dr.Manlio was amiable, good listener and answered all of our questions. We checked in with Ashley who was cool. Alvaro, the medical assistant, was also very friendly & efficient. He provided us with a few skin care samples which was very nice of them. Our visit lasted 45 minutes from start to finish and it didn’t feel rushed. We had an insurance with small co pay luckily.

I called to make an appointment. The front desk lady was not nice over the phone. I stated to her that I don’t have my insurance card with me and she’s like I can’t help you. Went on talking about my primary doctor. And got me all confused and then she repeated herself and asked me what insurance I had. I told her it’s OK don’t worry if you’re an unable to help me that’s fine. She didn’t say anything back. I waited for her to speak back but it was 1 minute of silence.

Great care, long time patient because they listen and they are thorough. The only physician that treats my sun spots... Thanks!

I completely wasted my time today which bothers me the most. I’ve been a customer of this doctor for over 5 years. You can’t even enter an appointment into the system correctly and to turn me away today. Guess what, I’m turning my back on your business. You’ve lost a customer and references! I will not stand for subpar service from any business or medical professional. And by the way, I’m also going to question your routine going thru the motion check ups. You’re not even trying and should be ashamed of this service. This is a dying business. Stay far away unless you are ok with subpar and questionable service.
