Dr Patel was God sent! My mother was in intense pain from arthritis in her wrist and through his caring he urged her to get steroid shots. About an hour after we left his office she was already feeling better. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Patel, I highly recommend him to anyone. He answered all of our questions and gave my mom a peace of mind. He's wonderful! Thank you Dr Patel!

I got into a serious car accident mid September 2024 in which my wrist was fractured in SIX PLACES. I was so worried I would never be able to create art again (as this was my dominant hand) I was dazed and confused from a concussion following five days until surgery but Dr Patel truly is one of the most caring and definitely the coolest surgeon I’ve ever met! He lowkey has a dope sneaker collection and man, I am just so so so grateful that I chose him over Rothman. Patel clearly cares about his patients and wants the best for them, and that’s something you can feel first time you meet! I was a lot calmer throughout the surgery process knowing that I was in good hands. -My scar, two months later, is healing up fairly nicely and am so glad it doesn’t look botched!! I looked at a few hand physicians in the Orlando area and the three current treatments available for Dupuytren's Contracture, as well as, the pros and cons of each. In my online search, I found Dr. Anup Patel which indicated much surgical experience in this issue. At my initial appointment, he explained my particular situation and gave me confidence in his experience, knowledge, and abilities. Dr. Anup Patel performed surgery on my right hand for Dupuytren's Contracture with a deflection approximately 90 degrees in the ring finger. Even just several days after the surgery I have feeling sensations in that finger and apparent full use of my hand. Also as a plastic surgeon, his procedure did not require grafting. I am absolutely ecstatic over the results.!! Finding a GREAT surgeon makes all the difference, and I believe I have received superior care with Dr. Patel and the OHSA team. I plan to follow-up with another review in a few months and after my left hand surgery.

I highly recommend Dr Anup Patel. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Thankfully he diagnosed my ailment promptly and accurately. Due to his timely response and efforts it was not long before I was able to resume my daily activities and golf. His staff was exceptional and friendly through the whole process. I met Dr. Anup Patel while looking for a Plastic Surgeon for implant explant. I sent a question and Dr. Patel himself called me and provided answers to all my questions. I scheduled an appointment to meet him and it went wonderful. He was very honest with me, he was confident but not cocky and gained my trust that very moment. I scheduled my surgery within a month, so it all moved fast. Shayna was amazing and so caring! She was on maternity leave yet, available to answer any and ALL the questions I had and even calm my nerves. It's been 6 months since my surgery and I cannot recommend him enough. I was very nervous but he assured me everything would be just fine and it was. He worked together with another plastic surgeon to minimize the amount of time I would be under anesthesia and the entire surgery was completed within 1 hour. I had no complications, drainage was taken out 1 week after, and I healed right on time. I did not take any pain medications except regular OTC Tylenol. My pain was minimal, he added a pain blocker and I was fine that day and the rest. If you need an amazing plastic surgeon, Dr. Patel is your doctor. Even the front office staff was super nice.
