Dr J Anti-Aging Clinic

February 17, 2025, UPDATE: We chose this facility after doing extensive research and we also wanted somewhere close to us. ( only 21 miles from us in Kissimmee, Florida) My spouse has undergone two hair transplants: 1 in 2011 ($4000) and 1 in 2013 ($10,000). My husband also took Finasteride Pills for 13 years but stopped in 2013 due to Sexual Side Effects. When we met with Adam on Saturday June 8, 2024, he examined Tom’s Hair and Scalp, took photos, and recommended the NuGrow TriGrow Hair treatment plan. We were told that it would take 5 weeks total - (1 treatment per week). The cost was NOT negotiable @ $10,500. (OMG!) We told Adam that my husband did NOT want to take any medication with the treatment plan (even though Dutasteride and Minoxidil were recommended). Adam showed us another patient's results for the same treatment without medication, which looked good. We decided to proceed with this treatment. My Husband completed the 5 Treatments of the NuGrow TriGrow Hair Treatment on July 15, 2024. He went every Monday in the morning, his blood was drawn, and then he had to come back 3 hours later. They numbed his head with Lidocaine and injected him with his blood, exosomes, and biotin. Then they put him under a light for about 20 minutes. (each treatment took about an hour) He tolerated each treatment very well with only some itchiness now and then. We spoke to Dr J who told us that the results are going to take some time, about 6 - 9 months or maybe even longer. The service and staff were very nice. The facility was beautiful and very relaxing. (and very cold) I did NOT like all the paperwork that was involved - on our patient portal we had to fill out 17 forms before each visit and sign electronically. May 31, 2024 (before treatment) June 17, 2024 (Treatment #1) June 24, 2024 (Treatment #2) July 1, 2024 (Treatment #3) July 8, 2024 (Treatment #4) July 15, 2024 (Treatment #5) - Last Treatment August 16, 2024 - no hair growth September 15, 2024 - no hair growth October 18, 2024 - no hair growth – changed rating to 2 stars November 11, 2024 – (Power PRP Treatment #1) - Dr J offered 8 additional POWER PRP Treatments at no additional charge. December 20, 2024 (Power PRP Treatment #2) – still no hair growth January 13, 2025 - (Power PRP Treatment #3) – still no hair growth and we were now told (by Jessica) that results can take up to 2 years??? If we were told this initially we would have NEVER invested $10,500! January 23, 2025 @ 12:00pm – received a call from Adam stating that Dr J did not like my review and that he is trying to help us. We responded we are not happy with the results so far. Adam responded, "There is no guarantee." February 17, 2025 (Power PRP Treatment #4) – still no hair growth (yes it might look fuller because we also use a hair thickening shampoo), but we did not pay $10,500 for fuller hair, we paid for hair to grow where it is bald.

Had an excellent experience with Dr. Jay and Dr. Adam. They were incredibly polite, respectful, and attentive throughout my visit. Both doctors took the time to listen carefully and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their professionalism and genuine care stood out, making me feel completely at ease. It’s rare to find such a combination of kindness and expertise. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience with Dr. J I will recommend him 100% beautiful practice well knowledge doctor and he took his time even though it was my first time. I felt comfortable his team is very sweet and outgoing specially Ashley that took care of me every step of the way.

Had dr. Adam examine me for a physical and he was the absolute best! Very gentle, respectful and helpful with the entire process. Never once felt uncomfortable or like I couldn’t ask a question. He also follows up to make sure you get your appointment when you need to, is on time and on the task!

Clinic staff was great! Jess has really helped make my post treatment process run smooth with her check ups. I definitely recommend their services!
