Pristine Spas Lake Nona

Recently my daughter gifted me with a facial there and I decided to get a massage also. Both Charlene and Caroline are excellent at their ability to provide services above and beyond what I expected. In addition, I felt no pressure to add other services or products. Everyone I had contact was friendly and had exceptional customer services. I would highly recommend this business to anyone desiring a perfect way to receive or gift a pampering for someone special.

My sister & I were visiting our family (who live in Eagle Nest) for Thanksgiving. We went to Pristine Spa where she had a facial & I had a massage. We were BOTH pleased with the services! My massage (by Raemarie) was relaxing and she did a great job with my requests. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My sister loved her facial. I also felt welcomed by the manager, Samantha, the women at the front desk: Jenna, Natalia, & Dawn. I would highly recommend this spa on many levels (including cleanliness!) to anyone living in or visiting the Lake Nona area.

Extremely disappointed. I spend $120 on a lash lift. The technician didn’t use a strong enough product (she admitted it) and it literally looked like I had nothing done. So I’m paying for chemicals on my lashes for them to look flat. Mind you, she said I have very healthy lashes and she’s done mine before. I paid tipped and left disappointed. I contact the salon the next day just for the manager to claim she would help resolve it and call me back. Surprise—no call back. So I paid for a service that was not done right at all, wasted time and money just to be ghosted. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to spend $ and leave unsatisfied with no resolution, this is the place for you.

Need to share an incredible experience I had at Pristine Spa in Lake Nona. Having only had one facial in my life, Samantha the general manager made sure I was set up with the appropriate esthetician. Jenna, Natalia and Dawn at the front desk were so welcoming and warm, Gulnoza greeted me then assessed my skin, then proceeded to explain each phase of the facial and the rationale behind it. Beside her knowledge, you could feel her sincere passion and caring for clients. The facial itself was beyond my expectations, my skin never felt so smooth and refreshed. Samantha and the front team made sure all my expectations were met on my way out. Self care is so important, the team at this spa make you feel special and will meet all of your needs.

Everyone here is amazing ! Thank you Dawn for always accommodating my schedule . Andria has magic hands and has been able to help me with my chronic neck pain . Taylor is my go to for all Wax and Facial needs. 100 recommend this salon .
