I was referred by a friend who had lip filler her lips looked amazing!! I read the reviews and I decided to make an appointment. The place is beautiful inside and very clean . The girls in the front are very friendly and kind . I've never had to wait for my appointment which is important to me . I met Dr.Saima liked her very much. She's very sweet and kind. We talked about what my concerns were and answered all my questions. She's was very informative and answered all my questions !! She made feel very comfortable. It was my first time using Dysport and I loved the results!!! I've been back twice 🥰 I highly recommend The Nur Medspa . A great experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everyone was so lovely and the atmosphere was so therapeutic. The facility was pristine, and the staff so welcoming. Dr. Saima & Abi were exceptional - knowledgeable, gentle, and meticulous. The procedure was painless, and the results exceeded my expectations! My lips look naturally fuller and more defined. I appreciated the personalized consultation and aftercare instructions. ETA after the extensive response, While I appreciate the effort to address my review, I’d like to clarify a few points. Why are you exposing about my previous treatment? Isn't that HIPPA protected? Anyway.... FYI...My previous treatment was done by a personal friend, yes, who is also a medical professional, the procedure was done in a clinical setting under a medical doctor’s supervision. I chose not to further discuss this at NUR as I felt it was irrelevant. The 15 years experienced doctor did kindly compliment me, assuming I was in my 30s rather than on my actual age, let's think this was for real, however, this occurred before she recommended the treatment plan, which I felt was excessive. When I expressed that 90 units seemed too much, her immediate response was to ask about my budget, making the interaction feel transactional rather than patient-focused. My main concern remains on the lack of transparency in the Instagram ad; key details about toxin brands, dosing, and price variations should be disclosed upfront to avoid misleading potential patients. I also encourage readers to note that businesses often respond defensively to reviews like mine, but I stand by my experience. The advertising felt like a bait-and-switch, the time management was unprofessional, and the consultation appeared more focused on upselling than patient care. To anyone considering this clinic, I recommend asking detailed questions beforehand to ensure transparency and avoid surprises. Original Review: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic, and I feel compelled to share it as a warning to others. The doctor promotes Dysport treatments on Instagram, advertising $4.00 per unit for up to 40 units. This initially seemed like a great deal, so I submitted my information through their ad. Shortly after, I received a text message offering appointment options, and I selected a date and time that worked for me. However, on the day of my appointment, just three hours beforehand, I received a call asking if I could come earlier because the clinic would be closing at the time my appointment was originally scheduled. While this was very inconvenient, I adjusted my schedule and made it work. When I arrived, I was required to complete several forms, disclosing a lot of personal information. After waiting for 15 minutes, a spa assistant escorted me to a room and asked for even more details. Then, I was left waiting for 45 additional minutes before the doctor finally arrived. The doctor asked why I was there, before immediately trying to upsell other treatments. She then explained the differences between toxin brands and recommended a much higher number of units than I expected, justifying it based on one brand being more concentrated than another—a fact that was not disclosed in the ad or at the time of booking. This felt deceptive. I emphasized that I wanted to be conservative with the treatment, but the entire process made me uncomfortable. At that point, I decided not to proceed with the treatment. After cleaning my face, the doctor abruptly left the room without even shaking hands, clearly moving on to another patient. This experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The Instagram advertisement is misleading, as it fails to disclose key information about pricing and toxin brand differences. Additionally, their lack of professionalism and poor time management wasted my time—I drove 45 minutes for this appointment and had to rearrange my schedule last-minute, only to leave without receiving treatment. This clinic’s practices are unprofessional and unethical. I would never return and strongly advise others to proceed with caution if considering their services. I am expecting the business to answer this review in the way I see it does with the others. What I am stating here is TRUE. Be aware!! Even if they say is about the good work IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY for them.
