The lady’s and I in my family love this spa , we Love it so much about ever 5 months we drive an hour and 1/2 one way ( from Ocala ) we definitely have plenty of spas in our area for Botox, but we find going to Sand lake our Botox last two months longer and it’s just done perfectly , so we make it a girls day with lunch and shopping . If you’re looking for a spa that is clean, comfortable with sweet employees that is exceptional in their fields . We have never had to return because we didn’t like the results that we got: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just finished up with 6 laser hair removal treatments and couldn’t be happier. What a game changer! Everyone at the spa was so kind and professional. I never waited more than 2 minutes to be taken back to the laser room. They were always ready for me as soon as I showed up and were super flexible with scheduling. The pricing was very reasonable and the results are impressive. Sand Lake Med Spa was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely be passing the recommendation on to other friends and family. The service at Sand Lake Med Spa is exceptional. You are always greeted by name and offered a beverage when you arrive. I have done several rounds of laser and each time the results are better. It’s a process to be hairless, so make sure you trust that process! The techs know what they are doing! The spa is very clean and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. You can tell they love what they do and you truly feel welcome. I love being a client here!

This place is impeccably clean and organized. The front staff is always friendly and Everytime I go there I don't wait more than 2 minutes before they call me in. They are super flexible and accommodating. Karina, the laser hair removal tech was always super nice, informative, and overall great at her job. She has great customer service skills and the whole team overall is great. I would return here because of the amazing service!

Worst customer service, I was a customer from a long time, then they changed their technician. I didn’t like her as she was not good and I didn’t want to continue my laser treatment with her. I told them if someone they have some other technician I will finish the treatment which I already paid for. No body ever reached out to me. When I called them they said your treatment has expired and you cannot get a refund. I have had done multiple treatment with them in past, it’s just that technician wasn’t doing up to the levels considering what I got in past treatments. I would not recommend them.
