I did not appreciate the lack of time spent listening to my concerns, and the constant push for televisits. I believe a dermatologist is most effective if they can actually look at the issue in person, rather than over an iPad. The first few visits were in person (you really have to push for it), but ultimately resulted in a misdiagnosis, and ineffective treatment that did not address the issue. I felt Dr. Khanna did not take the time to listen to my concerns and questions. She once ended a televisit early before I had a chance to ask all the questions I had- requiring me to schedule another visit the following week just to ask the 2 remaining questions I had (and had to pay for a 2nd visit as well…). Not to mention the hour I spent on the phone right after the visit trying to get routed from the offshore staff to someone who is actually sitting in the office. Finally went to another dermatologist who was able to identify the real cause and recommended I discontinue the treatment prescribed by Dr. Khanna. Wasted nearly a year with the wrong treatment before finding a new dermatologist who seems to shows more care to individual cases and answers all questions patiently and thoughtfully. Additionally, the “office staff” are remote (overseas)- it can be painfully cumbersome to get on the phone with someone actually in the office if you need help, and it is quite frustrating to schedule an appointment through this system they have.

Dr Trisha Khanna and her team provides great experience, the care I received was outstanding, and the treatment results were beyond my expectations!
