Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Ormond Beach

I had a biopsy taken off a spot on my ear, when I went back to get the results they told me that they did not get all of the cancerous cells and would have to send me a referral to a plastic surgeon. This was back in December of 2024. I have called 3 times since then and left messages but have not been called back. I called today and was on hold for 15 minutes but no one picked up. This was before 3 pm. I think it might be time to find a new dermatologist. Frustrated with the lack of communication.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went there with a terrible rash from loose skin due to a massive weight loss. They made me get a prescription through mail order that cost me $85. When it arrived it was in a container that was as big as a small Vicks jar. After applying the cream for two days, I burned like I was on fire. I made 10 phone calls to speak to someone. No one picked up and no one called me back. Thank God I have a friend who is a registered nurse and prescribed me a cream that cost me $0 and has helped me in just one day. Do not go here. They do not care. They do not return calls. They are absolutely horrible. I will never go back. Find someone else, take it from me. How does a doctor not even call you back. They just don't care.

I have a cancer check on my whole body once a year and am made to feel very comfortable. Hannah is great!!!

Joleen arrived in time. Diagnosed the problem. Repaired and serviced the water softener all with in one hour. She also has a great customer service personality. I give her and the company 5 stars!

Service was friendly and competent. Handled the issue carefully. Dr. Elizabeth McDonough was very professional and exactly what you would want in a Doctor.
