I had some basal cell (skin cancer) located on my back. They set up a time for biopsy and then quickly set up a time for removal. Both procedures were fast and painless. I have met a good bit of the staff and they all were great to talk to. I can’t remember the lady’s name upfront but each time I came she was fast, thorough, and respectable when checking me in. Thank you for all you ladies and gents do. I highly recommend.

Good luck GETTING an appointment. I've been waiting since July to be seen and they've called to reschedule me TWICE. Now they're saying the next available opening is the end of February. No thanks. I'll gladly seek out another dermatology practice who values their patient's time just as I do with healthcare professionals.

I’ve been here twice in the last five years, once with the actual doctor and another with the nurse practitioner and it always feels rushed and insincere.. both times I was there for a full body exam and it seems like you really gotta egg them on to take a look at everything. I don’t think third time will be a charm on this one.

Wish I could give this office more but it has been 2 months since my biopsy and they have not yet given me the results back. I have been calling them and they have been promising to call me back but have not called me back yet. Very disappointed, as this practice seems incompetent. Also, when you call to try to speak with the office, you are directed to a call center for all of their locations, it's very hard to speak with your provider.

Well I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one with an awful experience. I waited SIX WEEKS to get an appointment just to show up and find the door locked. After I knocked on the door, a young woman came to the door to tell me that there were no appointments that afternoon, and that the doctor had left for the day. I proceeded to show the woman the appointment confirmation text on my phone. For whatever reason the doctor had to leave early, and they say they tried to notify me but could not. After waiting six weeks for an appointment, and for the doctor to leave roughly an hour before my appointment was nothing short of frustrating. But to be clear, I understand that things come up. My issue is not with the doctor per se. What frustrated me was the treatment I received from the two women who were present when I got there. The two ladies I interacted with were rude, condescending, and dry. And to make their terrible attitudes all the worse was finding out I'd have to wait an additional two weeks to be seen by the doctor. You'd think that her support staff would be more understanding and considerate of things patients have to rearrange to be seen six weeks down the line, and then to do so just to be told you have to reschedule again. I could not fathom being treated that way in a doctors office, much less under those types of circumstances. They were shamelessly unsympathetic, facetious, and unprofessional.
