Exceptional Care and Outstanding Service! I recently visited Q. Melissa Griffith, PA-C at Palm Bay's Affordable Care Clinic, and I am beyond impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a comforting and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that all my paperwork was handled promptly and correctly. Ms. Griffith (my physician associate) is a true gem. Simply amazing! She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations for my treatment plan. Her expertise and compassionate approach made me feel confident and well-cared for. The nurses and medical assistants were also wonderful, showing empathy and attentiveness throughout my visit. I highly recommend Affordable Care Clinic/ Malabar Medical Walk-in Clinic to anyone in need of top-notch medical care. It's evident that the team here truly cares about their patients' well-being. Absolutely love Dr. Melissa Griffith & Dr. Ragsdale! The staff there are top notch as well..Truly care about the patient as a person, take the time to go over EVERYTHING with you..no rushing..You feel heard. They have your best care in mind, get to the bottom of whatever is going on medically. I can always depend on EVERYONE at Malabar walk in clinic to be there when I need them..They have become family..You don't see that much these days with medical..So thankful to all of them. Dr. Griffin is the BEST primary I have ever had & I have had many in my lifetime. So happy I have found her.

I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE AMOUNT OF MISINFORMATION AND HOW GREEDY THEY ARE FOR YOUR MONEY. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET THAT I WASTED MY TIME AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET WITH HOPES OF STARTING A DECENT WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM JUST TO BE JERKED AROUND BY THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF AND PROVIDER. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU HAVE TO RECORD YOUR OFFICE VISITS TO BE SURE THAT EVERYONE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT THEY SAID DURING YOUR VISIT. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL BE SURE THAT ANYONE I RECOMMEND HERE NEVER RETURNS AS WELL. TIMES ARE ALREADY HARD, SO TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE PAYING OUT OF POCKET IS DISGUSTING.

I’ve been going here for about two months now I absolutely love it. My Doctor is Mrs Debra. She is very attentive and extremely informative. I went in for weightless medication instead of prescribing me for the most expensive shot. She found a even better option and WAY CHEAPER She always tries to find ways for my insurance to cover cost. I absolutely adore her. I’ve sent so many people their way because I’ve never received medical care. That’s even comparable to here. Thank you guys so much!

Edited from a 1* to a 5* !! I was literally forced to go to this Drs office; and I'm SO GLAD I did!! The previous 'dictator' had been replaced with people that care and actually listen! The front was just as friendly and clean as before [except there was a sign stating they were under 'improvements']. I'm not sure how much most Dr's "care" about their patients. In the past, it was always kind of a 'transaction', I always felt like a number or just their '10:00am patient with the screaming kid' or however they remembered the many faces they see each day. I never felt CARED for like I felt from the staff here. They listened to all I had to say- we had a long session [I have a lot of issues] and to be honest at one point I was brought to tears, and they were SO respectful and kind! They understood !! I didn't get a 'cold shoulder" or hung up on or told to get over it. What happened was exactly what I guess a REAL doctor visit is like. They found out all my issues and are taking the proper steps to help me the best they could! I have a barrage of tests to complete, and a procedure that could potentiality save my life! I was actually kind of confused- most of my experience's with doctors were that I was just a paycheck. I just met the doctor that actually cares about what your feeling. If this is the type of doctor you need then, you will feel right at home here! I am SO grateful that circumstances led to me trying this place again. Thank you- (old review below) wish i would have read the negative reviews before i came to this office. Like someone else said, the only reason they got 1 star was because all the front staff were very polite and caring. The doctor however was not! The Doctor was so snobby to me she couldn't understand the errors in the paperwork from a crooked old doctor who had it in for me even though i had paperwork proving otherwise! The front staff were amazing, it was clean and neat and they were polite. Everything was great until i met Patricia Goode. From the second she walked in she was speaking down to me like shes a better person than me. She needs to retire because she is from a age long ago where they treated patients like dirt i guess cause that was her bedside manner. She called me a liar and i even had copies from the pharmacy and i saw my chart while i was standing there after our visit & it even said the right number!! The fact of the matter is she doesn't like my choice in medicine and lost a great patient because she wouldn't even let me explain or speak at all for that matter. I don't know why they get good reviews, shes SO mean and they cost more than other places and she doesn't even give you time to talk; shes rude and mean. I wouldn't go there if i was bleeding to death and they were the only place available. I suppose i would lose a leg 1st, that's how low she made me feel! How poorly she treated me!! I cannot believe it, she need to retire. It's not the 50s anymore, we don't chain smoke, guzzle martinis and swallow handful's of killer pills anymore. The times have changed but she is stuck in the past i suppose....
