First let me say the office staff is wonderful and helpful. Second the support staff was really comforting and reassuring, also very good at explaining the procedure and after care. Lastly, Dr. Moreno was pleasant and answered questions patiently. I was in and out pretty fast. I will be referring anyone in need of skin care. Thank you Florida Dermatology Associates!

This office is wonderful everyone is very professional and also makes you feel very comfortable with their ability. Dr . Moreno is a very professional . I have never had anything but a wonderful experience at this office.

Called week in advance to cancel my two surgical appointments. Given the run around. They failed to cancel my 2nd appointment. I was told I had to reschedule my appointment or they would not reschedule my original appointment. Will be finding another dermatologist.

I went into an appt with my wife to discuss some cosmetic work she wanted to have done and I couldn’t believe how she was treated. When the lady came in she asked my wife why she was there and she explained that she had 2 spots on her face that she wanted to see about the treatments available to remove them. The lady said those are genetic and we don t remove spots but I think you have precancerous cells that need to be ckd. My wife said no I just wanted to have cosmetic work done not be looked at for cancer. They proceeded to tell her there is another Dr in the practice she could see for this but it’s not covered by insurance and my wife said I know that and the Dr said the office people were not drs and she was set up with the wrong Dr. So my wife got up and the lady said she refused treatment and my wife said you have been in here 5 seconds and can’t tell me I have precancerous cells and I’m not here for that. They then took her paperwork and said she owed $60 and my wife said you scheduled me with the wrong Dr why would I need to pay first of all and second of all I have met my out of pocket for the year. Can I please have my paperwork back since you are going to try and charge the insurance for a visit that you made a mistake and set me up for. They refused to give her back the paperwork and said she refused treatment. I tried to explain that the office staff made a mistake so why wouldn’t they just set her up with the right Dr but they were just worried about the $60 that my wife clearly did not owe. I also went to use the restroom during the time we waited out front and I had to clean the toilet. I do understand sometimes things happen but you could see the bathroom was just dirty and not cleaned regularly. I would not recommend this company.

I had a very pleasant experience here, the front desk lady was very sweet, along with the doctor an nurse. Great people, and great with explaining treatment plans. For once I felt understood, thank you guys! :)
