Excellent experience! Courtney helped get me started with a zoom call to assess my needs and answer questions. She booked my appointment during that call. The whole process was easy and seamless. Jessica was my ARNP administering treatment. She was conscientious and took the time to explain benefits and risks and was really mindful of my concerns and goals. Thank you, Courtney, Jessica and the nice lady working in reception, for a very positive experience!

I inquired about laser hair removal and was pressured to start treatment asap in fear of the end of the current promotion only to find out there is always a once of a lifetime gimmick promotion going on at this place. The current promotion is still way more then fair prices compared to other local providers in my area. I do not feel Alice who helped me over the phone fully understood the area I was trying to explain I needed treatment on. I have had laser hair removal on my entire body over the years and this was by far the worse experience ever..
