While my PA Katheryn B. Is awesome, the biological coordinator Keaton is literally terrible at her job. In the last year alone, I’ve gone without my biological medication for multiple months because Keaton refuses to do her job. Not to mention whoever is supervising her isn’t watching. This place is ripe for a medical malpractice suit, maybe then they will get their ducks in order.

Excellent communication and service. Great bedside manner. When you find out you have any form of cancer, it’s startling. When it’s on your face, it can be frightening. Many questions flew through my head and Doc K answered everyone kindly and shared options for handling. Days later, I was cancer free. Dr. Richard Miller did an outstanding job and I didn’t even need plastic surgery. Love this place!! Thank you Bay Dermatology!!
