I love this office. If one doctor feels there is another doctor better suited to do a procedure they tell you! Dr. Swerdloff did a wonderful job on a facial scar I had and left me in tears. You can barely see a scar now. I had tissue missing and scar tissue build up and he did an AMAZING job!! I would recommend him to everyone!

**Warning** I would choose a different place to get help if I could go back and fix this mistake of walking through these doors. We all fear that a place of healthcare puts $$ before people and this place will fulfill that fear. I had been working with a different healthcare professional and had all the tests and diagnostics ran and was given a recommendation to have a routine surgery. I asked about other services and he recommended I speak with another surgeon that provided those, so I set an appt with Bay Dermatology. I called and was told that although I already had all the I formatio that needed me to come in person to privide a surgical quote so I said ok and I can pay my office visit fee of $60. The visit seemed normal the doctor as most are seemed uninterested and going through the motions, he said his assistant was on vacation so he’d have someone come show me the costs and then she would call me when she got back to cover in detail. Other than doing some very quick and minor checks, he looked at the CT I provided and then was gone. The assistant called back once she returned and I declined the surgery for now as it was quite a large expense that I wanted to budget for… Then almost two months later I receive a letter from my insurance company that showed they were not covering a charged bill for the”procedure” I had done at Bay Dermatology and I was immediately confused as I never had a procedure done to my knowledge and no one told me there would be anything billed after I paid the $60 office visit. As I brought all the diagnostic info with me, why would I have done anything else. I called and was immediately told that yes I did have a procedure done and I need to pay this bill that was due. I asked to speak with someone because Shute this was a mistake. I received a call from the assistant and upon explanation she said that the doctor checking me in that 5 minutes was the procedure to which I was not happy or ok yo hear that 5 mins of the doctor looking at me would cost me and my insurance over $500 that was billed. I believe there is a law that all charges have to be presented upfront which I will be looking into. She said she would talk to the Dr and get back to me to which the response you can guess due to this review was essentially, “Pay the bill”. The Ssistant is now saying she has added in to her conversations with clients today that there is a charge they will bill to insurance for this “procedure” which to me is admitting that I was not communicated the information and that they now see this needed corrected. But that didn’t change my bill they offered 25% office visit which I paid begrudgingly since I do not want to have a delinquent payment on my credit. This is extremely unprofessional and Dr Swerdloff clearly can’t set aside his ego to rectify an admitted fault and not charge a patient that brought him all the info he needed and was a recommendation so I didn’t even cost the business money to become a lead. $60 wasn’t enough for his time he needed that extra $$ for his 5 mins. At no point did I feel understood or any care at all it was all about them getting the $$. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone so please do yourself a favor and choose a different provider. Good luck

There’s not much to say accept Don’t waste your money or take the risk. It’s your face… I put my trust in Jason Swerdloff and bay dermatology and I was let down . I had a cosmetic procedure called a lower lift done ….but my report stated something else. Very strange. I also had a full laser procedure on my face. The cosmetic procedure left permanent nerve damage and caused more asymmetry which I now have to pay a real plastic surgeon to correct.The laser was a waste of money . The wrinkles returned with in a couple of months. I informed Jason Swerdloff I had nerve issues at my last appt he said it could take up to a year. I still have it and it’s been over a year . I emailed the office to make an appt and they never responded. I gave 1 star because he’s nice but so is my BUTCHER…ITS YOUR FACE DO YOUR RESEARCH….JASON SWERDLOFF the doctor who performed the lifestyle lift in Tampa. Look up on YOUTUBE. Jason Leonid Swerdloff, MD treats the following conditions: Ear, Nose And Throat, Earaches and Ear Infections, Hearing Loss, Sleep Apnea, Snoring and ...no where does it say facelifts…..I which I would of saw this before my procedure june 2023.

I believe I have had the BEST result ever! Jason Swerdloff, M.D. performed my neck lift and lower facelift because I hated the way it looked! Was referred by several friends and I went for a consultation. He has a fabulous professional demeanor and his technique with facial surgery is exemplary! I only missed one week of Orangetheory, which is hugely important to me! I had minimal swelling, bruising, and downtime and I absolutely could not be happier with my appearance! My results are amazing - he is THE ONE for facial procedures and I tell everyone about him! My fabulous result makes me appear rested and has given my jawline new definition and my neck is smooth - most importantly he works with the planes of your face so you get a natural appearing result! ❤️ his staff is very efficient, pleasant and will do their best to accommodate your schedule - Bay Dermatology is a wonderful practice!

Dr Swerdloff did an amazing job , I had a natural lift with lipo on the neck, blepharoplasty and a mini brow lift and I am beyond thrilled with the results 3 weeks later. I did my research before I chose him and I liked that he was not pushy and was realistic about what to expect. The surgery was not as bad as I expected, I got through the first week with only a few Tylenol and didn't need anything stronger. My scars are already unnoticeable and I look refreshed and much more youthful. Thank you so much I would not recommend anyone else. Updated with a recent picture 16 months post surgery
