Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. They made the entire process so manageable and stress free. They were awesome from the very first phone call to schedule my consultation to my Post operation care. Dr.Shaddix and his team are all so experienced in their fields and provide the best care! Dr.Shaddix was great and explained everything from start to finish. He was professional and caring. He even called me the night before my surgery to quell any worries I might have. My results are spectacular and honestly exceeded my expectations. If I need anymore nips or tucks in the future they will definitely have my business. 👙

Dr. Shaddix and his team are absolutely Amazing beyond words! From my consultation to my surgery and my post care, they have made me feel part of the family. I recommend them 1 million times over everyone in the office and Dr. Shaddix makes you feel so comfortable they make you feel beautiful inside and out. I had a breast augmentation lift with implants and they are beautiful. If you are thinking about doing the surgery, just do it my only regret is I wish I would’ve did it earlier!

Dr. Shaddix reviewed them thoroughly and explained that while I was a great candidate for implants, a lift would be necessary to achieve the best results. His honesty and expertise stood out—he prioritized my best interest over simply making a sale, which speaks volumes about his integrity. Dr. Shaddix is personable, kind, and never pushy. He even called me the night before my surgery to check in, answer any last-minute questions, and ease my nerves—a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to me. The office staff is equally phenomenal. Jade was incredibly professional, managing all the details with grace and making sure everything on my checklist was taken care of. Shelly went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct medication days before surgery, which gave me peace of mind. Haley was amazing during pre-op, ensuring I was comfortable and fully prepared. Stacey, who administered the anesthesia, was so sweet and put me at ease instantly—I couldn't have asked for a better person by my side during such an important moment. And though my memory is a bit fuzzy, I want to acknowledge Sarah for making me feel like we'd known each other forever. The entire team was kind, efficient, and thorough. They not only made me feel like I was in the best hands but also went out of their way to make my husband feel comfortable and relaxed. He was reassured knowing I was being so well cared for. Overall, this was hands down the best medical experience I’ve ever had. If I decide to undergo another procedure in the future, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Dr. Shaddix and his team have set the standard for excellence, and I am incredibly grateful for their care. Thank you all! Also, I'm not sure who did the interior design, but the entire place is incredibly gorgeous and is filled with little luxuries. The surgery center next door was in tip top shape and I was thrilled that I didn't have to travel to the hospital for this procedure.

Apparently, he is a very skilled surgeon. However, be VERY aware that if you schedule a procedure, it is a mandatory $500 deposit with your entire balance due over a month in advance. I had a family emergency and was 2 days late to submit the ENTIRE balance, and when I tried to explain this, they said I forfeited my $500 deposit in addition to my $100 consultation fee. I asked if I could reschedule, and they replied with, "You'll have to put down another $500." I literally cried and pleaded to talk with the doctor, thinking he'd be empathetic to my father being in the hospital, but the staff declined my request. I thought for certain that this was a man of integrity. Would not recommend based on their financial greed. As you walk into his facility, it's clearly about the money and not the potential client. Disgusted!
