My doctor and nurse were amazing. Super nice. Super sweet to me. Didn't judge me for all my tattoos. Actually listen to me when I told them the spot I wanted cut off my face 30mins. In office and I was on my way home.

5 stars for professionalism. Park outside. Sit in the air conditioned comfort of your own vehicle. Call the office. They bring any needed paperwork out to you, with mask on. They call you when ready. They meet you at the door, with mask on. They lead you through their very clean, new and nice lobby, hallways, to your comfortable, if sparse, private room. Dr. Shows up in minutes. Dr. does her thing. Dr. Leaves. You leave. That's all well and good. The only thing missing is basically any personal touch at all. No getting to know you. No jokes. No nothing. Just business. I've seen two different Drs. here. Same thing. The first was actually kind of put-off that I asked to have a little mole removed because it wasn't on her scheduled plan for me. I didn't even know I had a scheduled plan.? I thought it was me who called in for an appointment. She thought she was in charge. Kinda weird, but I let it go until this second visit. This time the Dr. Was perfectly nice, but she was in my room literally.... best guess....seemed like... 4, but probably 5 minutes. She was in a hurry to get out the door. It's not like the parking lot was full, maybe only one other car. Otherwise, she was fine. I can't really deduct anything for all this. It's not their job to be my buddy. But still..... Like I said, 5 stars for professionalism.

Dr. Smithberger at Clayton Dermotology is the Best. She addresses your concerns and does a thorough examination and the wait time is minimal.

Dr. Smithberger has been treating me for more than four years now and I couldn’t be happier with her care. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and delivers on her promises. Everyone on staff at Clayton Dermatology has been polite and helpful at every visit. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience coming to this office. Everyone was friendly from the reception desk girls , the nurse and the doctor. Dr. Clayton is sincere, knowledgeable and addressed all of the issues that I fame in for. She made me feel at ease and that she cared. I will continue to use Dr Clayton as my dermatologist **Update- Make sure your insurance covers all the charges they take from the card you have on file without any authorization or notice of the charge. Paid my copay at the appointment…about 2 weeks later I noticed a new charge from Dr Claytons office on the present day for $200. Also, the lab is a separate company and separate charges, which ended up being an additional $350 to Dermapath Company. I would have been fine with this if I was notified up front
