Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Ponte Vedra

I have been a patient of Advanced Dermatology for many years. They are excellent in every way. They provide fantastic preventative care and surgical care. The staff are friendly and professional. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends. 5 Stars!!

Avoid if you value your time! Wish I read reviews warning about this group beforehand. Like others, we ended up waiting over 1+ hours in the waiting room. After bringing it up to staff, they were rude. I told them we have to leave since I have to be elsewhere and this is making me late. We were then put into a room only to find out that was going to be a separate wait on top of the 1+ hours past my appointment time. There were still other patients to be seen. Realizing I would miss my next appointment, had to leave. They couldn’t care less. What a horrible experience. Save yourself from this experience unless you have time for this treatment.

AVOID! Save yourself trouble and avoid this puppy mill! I should have read the reviews first and avoided this dermatology office. Like others, we ended up waiting well over 1+ hours, and when I finally said we can’t wait anymore-(I had an appointment elsewhere), they put us into a room. But no Doctor was ready to see us- they still had other patients to see. So, wait 1+ hours in the waiting room, complain, then get moved to a room to quiet us for another 20-30 minutes? We left. My kid missed school and I was late to an appointment. Disgusted. Apparently it’s a common theme here.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dermatologist. Due to a lapse in insurance, I was paying cash, and it was clear from the start that she had no interest in truly helping me. Instead of offering real solutions, she dismissed my concerns and blamed unflagged vitamin levels—without further discussion or care. She showed no empathy or willingness to address my condition. If she had taken the time to listen, she could have even made sales on skin protection products suited for my needs. Save your money and your time—go somewhere else.

I’m an established patient who has been going here for years with no issues. However, the process to call and book an appointment is so miserable that I’ve given up and am just going to find an office that can answer the phone.
