Dr. Warren, Mrs. Stephanie, & Mr. Keith were the best trio! Everything in the procedure was explained to me, and any questions I had were welcomed. They all went out of their way to make me comfortable; Dr. Warren shared stories throughout the procedure that helped to keep my mind at ease. I mentioned that I was warm, and Mr. Keith immediately placed a cold pack on my neck, and Nurse Stephanie was so mindful the entire time— even checking the height on my crutches to make sure I was safe. Top notch care, and I am grateful! 🤍
