The nurse (Taylor) that took care of me the night after my surgery was AMAZING. She made all the difference and was very patient with me. The total experience so far has been great. Dr. Bates and Rosalie bring me peace knowing that they are competent. Beth the patient coordinator was patient with me too drafting multiple quotes based on my options. I could have gone through insurance elsewhere but I have zero regrets with spending the extra money to get it done right with a good team.

Dr Hancock & her team are amazing! From my first initial consultation to post op & beyond I am incredibly thankful for PVPS. The front office staff, nurses, Dr Hancock & Nurse Lindsay are excellent. I always felt very comfortable & well taken care of. I was nervous prior to my procedure but the team was so thoughtful & caring, I truly appreciate their kindness. I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr Hancock cares deeply about her patients health & wellbeing, she is super sweet & an excellent surgeon. Thank you so much to Dr Hancock & her team - I HIGHLY recommend Dr Hancock & PVPS! Wonderful experience :)

I had a BBL/Moxie treatment done yesterday with Kimberly and her assistant. They were wonderful ,so far so good. I will get back to you and let you know how it comes out in a couple of days but as far as the facility themselves and the people that work there and Kimberly, who did my treatment, they were all phenomenal. I’ve had a couple of questions before the treatment yesterday and some more today and Kimberly gave me her email, and every time I email her, she is so received and gets right back to me and that means a lot to me so I would highly recommend them but again I’ll get back to you with another review after my face starts to heal 🥰

I saw Kristen Dixon, PA-C for my lip filler and the results were perfect! She was so understanding of the result I wanted and was able to help me achieve my goals and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. I would recommend her to any person that needs a recommendation!!! 10/10 experience.

I had a hydrofacial with Amanda earlier this week for the first time. I have never been a fan of facials only having one years ago that I did not enjoy and did not see any results really. But THIS FACIAL was all it was cracked up to be. She did an amazing job. It felt wonderful and my skin has never felt better. I will definitely make hydrofacials with Amanda a regular part of my beauty routine
