Laser Loft

I wanted to love this place!! I was so excited when I purchased a package of 6 treatments. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience after two separate treatments. I requested a refund for my unused package and at first was offered $1500, but I had to come to the office, which I didn't have time to do. I reached back out and was told "no refunds. A sign is posted on the wall". I didn't purchase in the office so never saw these signs. I paid over 4k and they are refusing to pay me for the treatments I didn't get. Although I would love a full refund, I am happy to pay for what I received. Several attempts to reach out to the owner has gone unanswered. How can I be offered a refund and then take it back? I was offered additional services as a credit, but after three treatments there and no results (not to mention time I took off of work for recovery), I am not interested. I would like the money I paid for services I no longer want.

I had my first session of fractional laser done today by London. He is amazing and very professional. He explained the procedure very well. He made feel calm since this was my very first laser ever. I am definitely coming back for more sessions and recommending my clients to come here for laser rejuvenation. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming.

The staff is so amazing at Laser Loft. Joel is so pleasant, patient, and accommodating with scheduling and Sharon is just wonderful in every possible way - so professional and knowledgeable, yet so down to earth and easy to talk to. The facility is top notch, beautiful, and clean. So many services are available and everyone I have spoken to there seems very knowledgeable about all of them. A+!

I had reserved a laser treatment for hyperpigmentation with London. He was fantastic and I’ve booked my next appointment for follow-up treatments with him. The treatment went as expected and results are phenomenal. But Barbi the senior consultant assessed me in finding other treatments that went beyond what I was expecting. She had me try the red light laser bed. I didn’t think much of it, since what I knew about it was that it would help with chronic pain. Which I don’t have. But it was being thrown in as a bonus, so why not take advantage of it? My unknown surprise happened when the keloids around my breast soften. 3 laser bed treatments completed and the keloids are nearly gone. I would suggest to anyone new to this spa center is to have an idea of all the things you don’t like about your body/face and just allow Barbi to suggest the best treatment courses to take. She knows her stuff and is good at directing the best treatment courses to take for the best results.

I bought a Groupon for cool sculpting to help with the stubborn abdomen fat and I am really happy I did. The staff at Laser Loft is fantastic! They are very professional and on time which I really appreciate. I lost an inch with my first cool sculpting session. The key is to listen to what they tell you. I am excited to see the results after the next few sessions.
