Dr. Spencer and staff are great. He took great care of me when I had a bad squamous cell carcinoma . He got me to Moffitt Cancer in Tampa. We their staff, surgery, Keytruda, and radiation, and lots of prayers, it saved my Life. Thank you all so much ❤️

Great service from Dr Spencer and PA-C Bono, however the finance and billing process when dealing with the VA leaves a lot to be desired. Still waiting for a call back from them to straighten out this mess!!!

My wife is an established melanoma patient having gone through 3 years plus of treatment at Moffitt in Tampa. Fantastic place. After completing treatment at Moffitt she established herself at advanced dermatology for continued "long term follow-up . She discovered a lump on her jaw line and requested an appointment. The soonest they could see her was.... No joke, nearly 3 months for my appointment. Then, for the lump to be removed was yet another nearly 3 months out. That meant it would be over 5 months for surgery if necessary. A MELANOMA PATIENT HAS TO WAIT 5+ MONTHS! HER JAW COULD HAVE ROTTED OFF AND KILLED HER IN 5 MONTHS! Then there was the billing fiasco from her initial appointment. Her appointment was November 27 2017. They continued to bill me for "out of network" services. Bull! Some doctors there are listed as "out of network" even though they are in network. I had to make at least 1 call every other month until August before it was straightened out. Too many details here to address so that's my experience. In all fairness, I'm not sure if Dr spencer was responsible for this failure of monumental proportion. A story too long needs to end. She made an appointment at riverchase dermatology and within 2 weeks, the doctor removed the benign cyst on that day. Thankfully it was benign!

Recently had Doctor Samantha Bono, she was fantastic! Very professional and thorough. Had a mole burnt off and it did not hurt at all and left no marks. Great experience. I had been to a Venice dermatologist who had left me with blisters all over my body. Did not know how badly he burned me! I would highly recommend Dr. Samantha Bono to everyone! Thank you Dr. Bono!

I actually would not give them any stars. Went in for routine exam on some questionable areas. Came out owing a co-payment for a surgery. What? Then they proceeded to tell me I had active cancer they needed to also operate on. There was no other cancer, they lied for buisness. Stay far away from this place.
