After 15+ years going to Elle on a monthly basis, she once again did not disappoint yesterday. Elle gave me a wonderful facial yet again. Elle tailors her service to meet the individual needs of her clients. From her many years working in the field, she understands all skin types and always provides me with a consult before providing any service. I always take her suggestions and, as a result, my skin always feels and looks refreshed after one of her treatments. I get many compliments from strangers asking how my face looks so healthy living in the FL sun. I always tell them it is a combination of my continued journey to maintain healthy skin and Elle's continued guidance in helping me meet my goal. I buy product from Elle as well and trust her expertise completely in suggesting products to use to maintain my skin on a daily basis. Thank you Elle and see you next month.

Elle is one of the best in the industry! As a busy mom she is easy to communicate with to schedule appointments and makes your time feel valued! And lets talk about how she makes you feel! After a facial I feel refreshed, energized, and beautiful! Elle is personable and easy to talk to you always making you feel comfortable! If you are new to skincare I would not recommend. I was referred to Elle through a group and even reading these reviews I see all positive feedback. I can not doubt she's a good esthetician I can only speak on my experience with her. I feel that she could stand to work on her people skills and warmth. I attempted to have a conversation with Elle about some advanced treatments I was interested in, being a first timer to professional skincare. Well, she couldn't even give ME the time of day. She was very short with me, didn't offer information at all, I had to pull every detail out of her by asking very specific questions, she'd not asked me ANY. I even assumed that perhaps she was busy and waited to attempt a conversation the next day, to no avail. Same cold dry response. If it was just inconvenient timing she could have offered a phone number to reach her at or suggested a better time to message her, or even asked to schedule an in person consultation. I can't imagine a professional being so cold, uninformative and disinterested in a potential client, especially in this field where the work is so intimate. Lack of bedside manner and professionalism.

I have been going to Elle for about 11/12 years and will not go to anyone else. I always feel so wonderful when I leave. And she has the best personality, so giving and caring. I do not understand how someone who has never so much as talked to her can leave a negative feed back. Sounds fishy to me.

Elle is the best aesthetician ever! She's attentive and professional and I always feel like I'm glowing after a facial with her. I highly recommend her. You won't find better!
