My experience with Dr. Hashemian was amazing! The entire procedure took just an hour to remove all four of my wisdom teeth, and I woke up with zero pain. Now, 34 hours post-surgery (day 2), I still feel great—I haven’t needed any pain relief pills, and there’s no swelling at all! I can tell he took his time and was both gentle and precise during the extraction. The aftercare was thoroughly explained multiple times, and I even received a care bag to help rinse my extraction sites. I was honestly super nervous being my first dental surgery but I’m glad I came here, I highly recommend this place!

Went for my wisdom teeth to be removed earlier in the year. The process was fine until I went back for my 3 follow up visits to check on recovery only to have the Doctor use that time to attempt to upsell me on a $20,000 procedure rather than advise me on how I am healing. Finally, when trying to settle my bill with them (that I got MONTHS after the procedure) I'm told that there's a 5% fee to use my debit card over the phone and no way to waive that unless they have the card there in person. As someone who works 8:30am-8pm 6 days a week this is atrocious. Absolutely ridiculous service and completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs and find a dentist that isn't trying to price gouge.

This has been a nightmare! When I originally called to make an appointment I was told that my insurance would be accepted there. Usually an office will call your insurance before you show up for the appointment and call you prior to the appointment to let you know. None of that happened here. I show up and I'm told I owe several thousand dollars. Insurance was only paying $150 of the entire bill. A good office would have called before to let me know, but I did not receive that courtesy. So I used two credit cards to pay the entire balance. I told them I would not return after this procedure as I was going to find a dentist to complete that actually did use my insurance. Months later I got a bill stating I owed...the entire amount I paid to them. After paid them they also tried to bill my insurance again. I spoke to the person in billing and they stated they had made a mistake and they owed me $95.00. I did receive an envelope from them, thinking I was getting my $95. Instead it was an EMPTY envelope. I called back asking about it and they stated they were not at the Spring Hill location and would call me back the next day to let me know what transpired. Two weeks later, never heard from them. Called back today and the person answering said..."The insurance didn't pay so you owe. Duh, I know the insurance didn't pay and had to repeat to them that I had paid it in full. Then the person on the phone proceeded to tell me I owed them money for an appointment I did not make later. I had already stated I wasn't coming back there as they had misled me about insurance in the first place. Even if they had not mislead me about the insurance I was not coming back to a place that my insurance was not covering an opted for a place that did take my insurance. They weren't prepared the day I arrived about my insurance, after I called them a week before the appointment to confirm. They obviously are keeping horrific records and asking patients to pay twice and after payment still try to get money from my insurance. Then, telling me they are sending me a refund....and I get an empty envelope??? Call today and they say I owe more??? Things that make you go HMMMM! Looks and sounds very shady at this point, or incompetent...not sure which, but neither are good! Too many good dentists and surgeons around to mess with this office!!!!

At first arrival you believe you are going to be taken care of very well. However, as you sit in the waiting room my observation was that the front desk only cares about the billing and collecting your money upfront. My first consultation with the Dentist went well, however they never fully explain how many times or how long the process of getting an implant placed in your mouth or the total cost of such implant. As you READ this and many other reviews you will see that there is ONE common experience that we all had, very long wait times and many cancelations/last minute cancelations due to over bookings or Dentist emergencies (Say they Say) or the front office dont doing their jobs. This also applies to the Office manager that dont seem to care about peoples wait times. I hope that the people reading these reviews, will take NOTE prior to signing up with this Dentist. I ALSO HOPE THE DENTIST IS READING THESE REVIEWS SO THAT HE CAN CORRECT THE OFFICE STAFF AND HIS BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. I was not finished with my process for my IMPLANT however today was the final blow. I had an appointment at 9am. (I was there today) only to find out that the front office again called and said they txt me to reschedule my appointment for my follow up visit they already rescheduled once. I never got the txt or voice message from them. i saw the Dentist arrive as i was discussing this issue with the front desk and the office Manager came out to inform me that the doc can't see me for at least another hour because there were no assistants to help. NEED LEAST TO SAY I WILL NOT BE BACK TO FINISH MY IMPLANT AT THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO THEM.

My interaction with this place of business was much like an interaction I’d expect at a fast food restaurant. In and out with no care for their patients. The instant I woke up from my surgery I was ushered out the door. I couldn’t even stand I was so groggy from the anesthesia. They didn’t even offer me a wheel chair to sit on and wheel me out. On top of having 4 teeth removed from my jaw, they were so incredibly rude to my mom who was trying to help me after the surgery. Can’t expect anything less from the citizens of Spring Hill FL.
