It was a good visit. I felt I was checked over thoroughly. I liked the analogies that the doctor used so that I could remember specific things. He froze a few items and reminded me that if there were any changes such as size and color for any spots that I should contact your office for a quick appointment. thank you.

My experience at Lotus Dermatology was absolutely fantastic 👏. From the time I called for a appointment until I was in the office was 5 days. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. James Mauch, M.D., Ph.D. my doctor is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he treated me for. I was in the office for only about 20 minutes including the treated me for. I strongly recommend him.

I was so impressed by Dr. Papel! I have been going to dermatologists for over 20 years and I’ve never experienced a more thorough doctor. He also explained my skin cancers the entire time he was checking me! I was shocked at how little I knew about them. He told me what to look for etc. He also called my old doctor, got my records and then had someone call me to explain them. I’d give him 10 stars if it was available!!!

Been taking my husband there for a year with great results than after receiving message on phone that more treatment was necessary and to call immediately they failed us. Multiple calls and messages to office were either ignored or forgotten. Twice when calling; receptionist explained that they were very busy and someone would be contacting us. 2 months later and still no office contact we decided to find new doctor. Received a certified letter from their office 1 week after to let us know how important it was to get in to see Dr Patel immediately. Office staff in surgery was obviously very incompetent for us. Love our new dermatologist and office staff

Wonderful experience. Dr. Patel and his staff are very professional and respectful. Spent a lot of time explaining things and giving advice. Definitely recommend this practice.
