A little over a year ago I was in such despair. I was on Zoloft for anxiety that wasn’t working and my mood and libido was low affecting my relationship. I couldn’t sneeze without peeing myself, I couldn’t shed excess weight 3 years after giving birth no matter what diets and exercise routines I was doing (and there were a lot). Not to mention my body and joints just ached all the time. It was even difficult to get in and out of the car. I would wake up between 2am and 4am every night like clockwork sweating and then had trouble going back to sleep. Needless to say, I felt like a wreck.
