This place NEVER ANSWER THEN PHONE!!! its a shame because its a good place. But the one thing patient need is to be able to communicate with their Doctors office and this place NEVER answers. 2 years as a patient and only 3 times have I been able To communicate with them. Its a shame. Not everyone knows how to use a computer. And when you have a quick question you have to go in person. Its a shame.

Getting prescription refills is problematic. Multiple calls to the request prescription refills voice-mail are necessary. Very pleased with Dr. Gambino, but he's very busy and somewhat difficult to see.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. Never see the actual Dr. pawn you off to nurse practitioner. Small outdated office and equipment. No one will ever call you back if you need something. They can't even take you blood correctly because of untrained personal.Nothing about the place is good. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

Dr Gambino is amazing. I can't say the same for the office staff. I can't count the number of times I've called, been left on hold and disconnected. Called, left on hold, then disconnected. Can someone help me to understand how this is acceptable? What about those patients that need immediate care, not an emergency? The office staff needs to come correct when it comes to their communication. Maybe they just don't care. I mean, they only respond to the positive reviews. If it wasn't for the doctor, I would be going elsewhere. Hopefully they can learn to do better.
