I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma identified, followed by Mohs Surgery and the removal of the cancer by Dr. Caldwell whom I trust implicitly, he has been my Dermatologist for ten years, and I would highly recommend him, his office staff, their professionalism, and their kindness.

Dr. Caldwell is one of the best dermatologists in town. He is a Mohs surgeon as well. He is attentive and caring. I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes.

Absolutely one of the biggest mistakes I ever made! Staff and doctor were rude and unprofessional. They would make me wait for almost an hour. One time I went to an appointment and after waiting for around 30 minutes they called me in and had me wait in a room for another 40 minutes. I could hear the nurses joking outside. I had to step outside to ask when the doctor was coming and was told that he had gone to a Christmas party and that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I went in for acne scars. The doctor suggested a CO2 laser. It gave me the worst cystic acne I ever had and my scars were so much worse. He was the worst doctor I’ve ever seen! I was left depressed for years after my experience with him and his staff. His treatment ruined my skin and life! I recommend you see Dr. Tie if you are going in for acne or scarring issues. DO NOT SEE THIS MAN!!!
