I am a 55-year old woman. Over the past two years I would look into the mirror and see someone who was aging in dog years. I had two deep wrinkles spanning my forehead, deep wrinkles above each eyebrow, one eyebrow that was higher than the other, saggy jowls and a droopy neck with deep rings. When I looked at pictures of myself I couldn’t deny what I saw. I looked older than I felt and I knew it was only going to get worse over time. I am not a proponent of putting things into my body that it might reject or of doing things that have to repeat and which I might not keep up with. So implants and botox are not options for me. I knew surgery was the only solution that had any amount of permanency and workability for me. And I didn’t want to wait—recovering from surgery was not going to get easier as I got older, and I wanted to get as much time-value out of the results of the surgery as possible. I called Elite Plastic Surgery and met with Chrissy and other staff members to discuss my options and take care of the administration. I always left with the experience of being honored and heard. Dr. Castellano performed the surgery, pulling my brow up 2cm, evening out my eyebrows and raising the skin on my chin and neck. Within one week I knew the surgery was successful. My brow was completely smooth, my saggy jowls were gone, and the rings around my neck and saggy skin were diminished. I had no pain and no bruising. I went out shopping eight days later, and to a sports game and dinner ten days later. No one knew I had the surgery—but I did. I was so impressed with the results I ended up doing a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Castellano. I feel youthful and confident. I’m wearing choker necklaces again that I love. I see a real difference in how much older my friends look compared to me. I went to breakfast recently with a man I dated in college and had no distractions about how I looked; I was proud of how I have taken care of myself over the years. I took an inventory of last year, and one of the questions on the survey asked: What’s the best decision you made in 2024? My answer: Choosing Dr. Castellano and the Elite Plastic Surgery team to realign my outward appearance with my youthful outlook of myself.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Castellano and his AMAZING team at Elite. I had a rhinoplasty done in July and the results have changed my mental health and outlook on life for the better. Dr. Castellano gave me the nose I always wished I had growing up; though everyone else I met in his office, from Gabriella and Chrissy at the front, to Nurse Lisa in the back, became the true highlight of my cosmetic surgery experience. They were all so wonderful, always there to answer questions via phone call, email, or in person. Nurse Lisa eased my mind so much on the day of surgery and has been such a pleasure to see again during each appointment after. She brings a level of kindness, authenticity, and humor to her work that the entire health care industry would benefit from seeing more of. Truly the best of the best!! Could not recommend Dr. Costellano and his staff enough!! Lisa, Julie, Chrissy, and the anesthesiologist were so welcoming and made this process so wonderful for me! I got a chin implant and chin liposuction and it was the best money I have ever spent! The healing process was way better than I expected and my confidence has gone through the roof after my surgery! I met Dr. Castellano and his staff in June 2024 when I sought his expertise for an upper and lower eyelid lift for my 52 year old face. I had the procedure in November and am not only pleased with the results but genuinely glad Elite Facial Plastic Surgery is where I went! A surgical procedure on the face can be daunting. If something goes wrong I, and everybody else, has to look at it every day. Our face is what we present of ourself to the world so we want any type of procedure handled with genuine care and concern and that’s what I got. My results left me simply looking like a better version of myself though not restructured or fake. Dr. Castellano is professional and personable.
