This practice is amazing so detailed and proficient. Everyone I saw was great polite and knowledgeable. The check-in process was flawless. Everything was explained to me. The clinicians are so well prepared and trained. Very impressive. I highly Recommend this practice

I have been a patient and very happy for about a year. Jessica (doctor) and the staff have been fantastic. Except right now. Taylor Legier is the office manager of the villages location in Buenos Aires boulevard. I received a letter from her that is the most bullying and accusatory letter I have ever received from a medical provider. There was no previous communications, there was no enclosed brochure, they have not been trying to reach me, and they are threatening to terminate my care. They also said I did not show up for the appointment that I specifically canceled using their phone push button system before the appointment. I have been playing phone tag all day. There is no direct phone number for her. I've been a medical patient for over 50 years, I don't miss appointments, I follow through with communications and I'm a responsible adult. The letter indicates all of these are not true.

Nicole always listens to my concerns and follows up with the exam. She is very thorough and I appreciate her attention to all of my question. Highly recommend.

I went for a initial appt for sores on my legs after having 4 bouts of cellulitis within 6 months with the last cellulitis episode being the worse ever the the doctor at stand alone ER put me on Clindimycin the second dose I broke out in the worse red swollen rash just on my arms leaving ugly sores that are just about healed but ugly scarred my lower legs are horrible looking with thicken skin that itches at nite then bleeding starts ( on blood thinner due to pulmonary embolism) so the sores since November 2024 are still present but I went to my appt but damn it it was the wrong day as the appt was the next day ( this happens too often lately ) so I filled out all medial personal history on iPad and the staff were nice polite . But I had to have labs done for upcoming GI studies then went to Walmart just to get paper plates but ended up with buggy full of stuff ! Got home 6 pm exhausted , not eaten all day and cranky w my spouse cause he expected me to cook which I told him where he could go ! Anyway long story it was 12:30 my appt today was 1:30 and I can’t get oob so I called cancelled avd the gentleman on phone was pleasant as I ranted on about a cancer dx I was never told about and that I had to cancel and would reschedule another day after my endo colonoscopy next month! Very understanding and kind and I apologize for the last minute cancellation but he was understanding! Thank you for being so patient with me and I will rebook when I am feeling better

Long time patients, however this year we were extremely disappointed! We are elderly and always go in together as my husband always doesn't hear what doctor is saying. This year, the nurse refused for us to be together and simply said, we'll just talk louder! She tried to be professional, however she was very curt and cold! We now have a year to research for a new dermatology office.
