Zero stars. I get better service at the fast food drive-through than at this office. I have written only a handful of reviews, mostly positive, but this office has caused me to write a negative one. I have given myself time to cool off, but I do not feel any different. This office has the worst communication I have ever encountered in my 45 years. Leaving a voicemail is useless. Someone telling you they will call you back is a lie. Dr. Wallace said that Dr. Freeman had no idea what he was doing and gave me prescriptions that had nothing to do with my issue. Dr. Wallace PROMISED my issue would be resolved in 3 days, and here we are months later, same issue. I don't hold a promise against him, but he should not have said it. Nevertheless, their staff told me that I had to come in again so they could write another prescription. I told them to just send the prescription to my pharmacy. They refused and said the doctor demanded I come in so they could give me a prescription. I said that if he is going to simply write me a prescription. I refuse to come in for the 8th time. They already know exactly what the problem is and previously did biopsies. Seeing me in person is only a way of collecting more money, nothing more. I told the staff that if he wanted to run a new test, I understood and would come in. They promised to call me back with an answer, but nothing. Weeks went by and I called to follow up. The staff said they would check into it and call me back, but still nothing. It has been months and I am getting nothing from them. My first of 7-9 visits to their office was over a year ago. I still have the same problem. I left a nasty voicemail today which actually triggered a response. I guess that is the key to getting anyone to ever call you back. The only thing the staff member who called me back cared about was to make sure I understood that she and her staff were offended by my voicemail. Good! They can all go to hell.
Nurse practitioner Dilan Ipek was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She also was friendly and puts your mind at ease during treatments. Everyone in the office is wonderful and professional.
The staff is very helpful and considerate. The office had moved since my last visit, and I had to call to find out where the new office was located. The directions were fantastic, as was the lady who answered the phone. Dr. Kushiorek and the medical staff are very professional and friendly. One of the staff, Kelly, shares a birthday with me, so we celebrated together with doughnuts I provided. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!
PA examined my skin. I assume he was qualified and did a good job. He found 3 areas to biopsy. I would have liked it if he'd had the courtesy to introduce himself to me before I had stripped off my clothing. I wish he would have told me what it is about the appearance of the 3 areas that concerned him. I wish he'd told me how long he expected it to take to obtain the results of the biopsy. He seemed like a very young socially awkward man. I plan to see him for a follow up, but perhaps I will ask to be assigned to a different PA if my next visit is like the last. If I have something seriously wrong, I'd rather deal with a more caring person. Although perhaps this young man was caring, but merely socially a little inept in this setting. Maybe there is no difference.
David saved my life. I cannot convey how very thorough he is. Earlier this year, he found a melanoma on my nose during a routine check up. He referred me immediately to the Moffitt Center in Tampa. Dr. Harrington at the Cancer Center removed the melonoma and I am now cancer free. I now see David every 3 months for a full body screening. He is methodical, diligent and persistent. His work ethics are above reproach. The staff is very pleasant and most competent. I couldn't have felt more comfortable in their hands.
