My aesthetic clinic of choice for many different reasons! They're VERY knowledgeable, attentive and sweet. Kara's patience and knowledge about the beauty industry, really makes this place standout. She was the one thag booked me for my first facial here and I'm super thankful that she took the time to work around my busy schedule. This team always goes above and beyond before, during and after their services provided. They have ALWAYS followed-up with me to make sure that I was happy and my skin was doing great. I even got free skincare samples more than once. As for the providers, I have had services done by almost all of them, they're all wonderful! Including Sara, that has helped me many times on the phone, and has also done my body sculpting sessions. She's always so pleasant and warm. Beautiful inside and out. I just had an appointment with Jenn for tox, and she was sooo sweet and gentle. I seriously enjoyed the service. She made it pain-free, fun, and quick. But she also took her time explaining everything to me and making sure I understood the procedure and aftercare. I have also seen Eva in the past and I can't recommend her enough. She knows what she's doing and those facial massages are glory! Can't wait for my next one. Thank you, everyone!!!

I had several procedures done that included peels, a facial and IPL back in 2022/2023. I hesitated writing a review since I wanted to compare this experience to other medspas. The peels had no effect on my skin. The IPL treatment also had little to no effect. On my last IPL treatment someone was training for IPL while I was there and for the next appointment I was expected to use that person who was still in training. It made me feel uneasy so I went ahead and cancelled it. My last facial there was last December and the provider was confused on what kind of facial to give me. At some point my face was tingling and she said “uh oh let’s try something else” which is unsettling to hear. Then she kept asking what I normally do and suggestions on what she should do when I’m not the expert. Having gone to other medspas I feel that the providers lacked training and expertise. Also I’ve learned that medspas shouldn’t ask for a tip as the ethics can be confusing if it’s a medical procedure like lasers which medAesthetics does. The receptionist was always awesome and kind which is why I’m giving 2 stars. Edit: To reply to the owner , No this review was not meant for another location I just took a while to write my review as I wanted to give it time and see any side effects I may have had.
