Water's Edge Dermatology - Titusville

I was able to be seen immediately because there was a cancellation. My appointment was for 12 o’clock. I met with the aprn after 1 o’clock and had about 15 minutes time with her. During my wait in the office, I witnessed one person walk away from the appointment and many patients frustrated with the wait. I am retired so waiting wasn’t a problem for me. It would’ve definitely been a problem for me if I was a working gal.My appointment was for a full body scan and also to address a blemish of concern. The office staff couldn’t be nicer. The APRN was extremely pleasant and apologetic. I’m not 100% confident that my body scan was thorough, but I am grateful to have gotten in due to a cancellation appointment. For these reasons I’m checking off 2 stars. If I hadn’t had to wait over an hour I’d check off four stars.

The staff is very friendly, My appointment was at 10, I walked to the back at 10:05, took care of the skin problem I had. Was out of the office within thirty minutes. They provided after care instructions, did not appear to be bothered by questions. Would highly recommend their office.

First time seeing a dermatologist today. The staff was super friendly and the doc was very confident he could help my problem which is giving me a lot of hope. Quick in and out experience. Highly recommend.

Staff were nice. Dr. Bean was very nice. She removed a tiny scare tissue. Which I agreed too. What was not disclosed was they would send it to third party. Months later I received a bill from Clear Lake Pathology Partners from Houston Texas for 125.86 after insurance coverage. They need to disclose that you may be billed. And also that they will send tissue sample out for exam. I could have cut the tiny bump off myself. After all I went there for rash on chest and she said it was allergies and prescribed me something that made it worse.

Absolutely fabulous doctor's office! The Doctor was great, his staff is exceptional and I was in and out no waiting! Definitely made my day of errands a smooth day, Thanks for all the hard work!
