Sophie Lorenzo is the best aesthetician. I used to have another membership at a very respectable medspa 5 minutes from my house but decided to switch and go 40 minutes out of my way to see Sophie. She’s so knowledgeable, I signed up immediately. The place itself is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. My first facial with Sophie, she explained every step to me and was very thorough because I had skin concerns I wanted to address. I wanted to find a place that sold Skin Better for a while now so with my monthly membership I get a % off their products plus a bunch of other fun things. After my hydrafacial, Sophie had some time before her next appointment so we went shopping for a completely new line of skincare for me. I couldn’t stop thinking about the nice things I got so I texted her the next day asking a bunch of questions about other things I should buy from Aesthetic Element, and I love that she’s honest and not bias and she told me what I needed and what was not the most necessary based on my skin type, so I placed another order with them. My skin after the facial and even right now is so glowy and clear and healthy and plump. I’m obsessed. Sophie Lorenzo is great at what she does! Wish the membership included unlimited facials I’d be there everyday!

I had an amazing experience here! The staff was welcoming and professional, and the facials left me feeling refreshed and glowing. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and I truly felt well cared for the entire time. I’ll definitely be back!

If you are a person of color, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. I was undergoing laser treatments and called to reschedule an appointment. Initially, they claimed I didn’t have an appointment on record, but after checking their phone records, they confirmed I had called and accommodated me. When I arrived, I hadn’t shaved my chin area, which is a small treatment zone. The technician who usually performs my treatment wasn’t there, and the new technician informed me that they charge $50 for a razor. I was shocked by the excessive fee and opted to reschedule instead. However, she then called the manager, who instructed me to leave simply because I questioned the price. To my disbelief, they even threatened to call the police. I was assured that I would be refunded for the remaining balance of my treatment package, but that refund never happened. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. It seemed as though my presence did not align with the image of the clientele they prefer to serve, possibly due to the color of my skin. It is deeply disheartening that in this day and age, we still experience racism and discrimination in such settings.

I cannot say enough about the most incredible people, Stephanie and Ryan. They are not only incredible at what they do but their hearts are tremendous and they are the kindest people. Their entire team is warm, welcoming and make every experience comfortable and easy. No other place could ever compare to Aesthetic Elements. Life changers!!!! ❤️🫶

As recommended by my lovely friend Emily, I went to see Stephanie Phillips and wow. From the moment I walked in, the girls are so kind. Stephanie was so genuine and gentle. You can feel her warmth. I am so excited to go back in 2 weeks for my follow up. 100% recommend. This is the place.
