I was afraid to have breast surgery after having an altering life change experience with a different surgeon 3 years ago. I finally decided to make an appointment with what it seemed to be the best doctor in the area, Dr. Messa. I was not wrong about that. From the first phone call to my recovery my experience had been nothing but the best. Dr. Messa always made me feel extremely comfortable and assured me everything was gonna be alright. I scheduled my surgery, had my procedure done and could not be any happier with my results. Dr. Messa put a smile back on my face after all I've been through with past experience from another doctor.

I wish I could give Dr. Messa and his team more than 5 stars. Dr. Messa is truly exceptional. He is kind, extremely knowledgeable, skilled and a true artist. His staff is also reassuring, and their attention to detail is unparalleled. When I had questions both pre and post operation, the office got back to me right away. If you’re looking for natural results and a team that is with you from beginning to end, I highly recommend Dr. Messa.

Sadly after going to Dr Messa for more than 15 years, I’m done with that place. I went for Botox and I got the price over the phone, but when I was there, the “manager” Alua not only she raised the price, but also was very rude and disrespectful to me when she went to the room with the portable device to charge me the fee before the procedure was done! I felt not only betrayed (change the price) but also insulted and humiliated. As I mentioned I had been a patient/customer for a long time to be treated that way for someone that have no clue about customer service, but she it’s the manager? Far from being the image for a cosmetic surgery where they selling beauty in many ways: fillers, Botox, creams, surgeries, liposuction, lasers, etc. If you look at her … you think you are in the wrong place. She should take more care of her personal appearance, and be nicer to the customers! I guess loosing a customer is not a big deal! I am very disappointed after all I was a loyal customer to Dr. Messa for many years, I certainly deserve a better treatment!!!

I had a abdomnioplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction of the hips and waist with Dr Messa about a month ago. Let me say what a wonderful experience this has been with Dr Messa and his incredible staff. After my twin pregnancy back in 2002, my internal abdominal muscles were very extended as well as excess skin leaving my core very weak which thus contributed to many years of back/spine pain issues. No matter how hard I tried to exercise, eat healthy, etc my extended stomach would never go down. This was the main reason that prompted me to consider a tummy tuck because I was in no way going to opt for major spinal surgery with 50-50 chance of a somewhat better outcome. My decision to go with the tummy tuck especially with Dr Messa was the BEST decision I could have ever done!! Not only am I looking better and fitting better into clothes now (and finally not having to wear big frumpy shirts to hide my belly) but this is the first time my back in many years that has felt better and stronger…and since I’m still in the recovery stage…it keeps getting stronger!! There is a reason Dr Messa has a long wait list to get on his schedule for a surgery….he is the BEST in the area!!! He is DEFINITELY without a doubt worth the wait!! I am so pleased and happy with the results that I have now booked a neck lift procedure for next March (again…worth the wait!) and I am so excited! Dr. Messa is has such a warm, gentle bedside manner and so professional you will feel very comfortable with him immediately along with his friendly, professional staff. I want to personally thank Lily who is such a sweet angel , Daniella another lovely angel who took such good care of me overnight and Jill, my wonderful daytime nurse angel, sweet assistant Laura, Jessenia at front desk and to the rest of his incredible staff.
